BOB MCNICOLL
CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Bob began his career with IBM before moving into industry then starting a management consulting business in London. On exit he joined PwC where he became a partner managing global clients and leading the consumer products industry practice. Following 16 years in PwC, he decided to pursue his interest in renewable energy by investing in Scottish wind farms and setting up a low carbon fund in Guernsey that he subsequently floated on AIM. These ventures were followed by renewables projects in the US and a technology venture in EV charging before setting up Clean Offshore to provide solutions for decarbonising maritime O&M.

PAUL CAIRNS
CTO & COO
Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering, is a Chartered Engineer, a member of the IET and a Fellow of the IMarEST. Paul has spent his 30 year career in marine, offshore and subsea electrical power and automation systems design, commissioning and operation covering a wide range of applications from vessel power generation, propulsion and positioning to pipe lay, cable lay, diving, ROV & trenching, survey and well intervention. Over the past decade Paul has provided design consultancy and expert witness services to the offshore energy and maritime industry supporting the best known names in the maritime and offshore sector and leading international law firms.

PADDY TOMKINS QPM

Paddy is an experienced chairman and director with a strong track record of delivering major change in public services and the private sector internationally. Skilled in strategic planning and programme management, he maintains extensive international networks at the most senior levels in defence and security, law enforcement, and critical national infrastructure. He was formerly Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Constabulary for Scotland, working as the quality auditor for policing services and senior professional advisor to ministers and civil servants across all government departments.
